We use it to add flavor to pasta dishes, mashed potatoes, roasted meats, and soups. It’s delicious to dip crusty bread in as an easy appetizer (see our Garlicky Dipping Oil recipe above). Toss cubed potatoes in a little Garlic Infused Olive Oil, add salt and pepper and roast at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
